A Star Wars Halloween costume is a terrific choice this year if you enjoy space fantasy or have ever desired to travel to another galaxy. Since 1977, the series has been a hit, and Gorge Lucas’ masterwork isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. The Revenge of the Sith starred Ewan McGregor, Hayden Christensen, and Natalie Portman, and was released in 2005. I never thought of them as Star Wars clones. They were just plain toys to me. Regardless, Star Wars was one of the best games we had ever played. We would get together almost every day after school to act out the scenes. While other childhood games such as cowboys and Indians, cops and robbers, and others became stale, Star Wars never did. What child doesn’t fantasize about rescuing the world from powerful, evil forces?
Toys are amusing in a variety of ways. As you become older, you either let them go totally or develop a stronger interest in them. I grew nearly fascinated with it. My collection of Star Wars replicas developed exponentially, and over the last several years, I’ve become increasingly obsessed with the creation of episodes one through three. While I appreciate the new Star Wars films, nothing compares to the originals. This is why it’s great to see Lucasfilm reissuing a number of Star Wars replica models from the original films. At the moment, I’m wearing a scaled-down x-wing fighter pilot helmet that goes well with my Darth Vader helmet and storm trooper outfit. I have no idea if my reproductions will ever be worth anything. I’m sure the earlier Star Wars toys I have are, but that isn’t why I collect them. These things demonstrate my enthusiasm for the Star Wars films.
Nothing beats Star Wars when it comes to big imaginations. People have written epics about good vs evil, but none have been made into films of this scale. Because the plot is so well-known and famous, many movie fans are obsessed with Star Wars duplicate models. The dark side’s evil is powerful enough to wipe out entire worlds on a whim, while the rebellion battles valiantly to save the rest of the universe from chaos.
If you’re new to collecting Star Wars replicas, though, the best place to start is with reissues of original toys. What would a Star Wars collection be without characters like Luke Skywalker, Hans Solo, Chewbacca, and R2-D2? Before we saw Yoda in a lightsaber battle, he was battling evil by teaching Luke Skywalker how to utilize the force successfully.
